The Predator Tire Chipper reduces tires down to a uniform chip size.  Coupled with our chip screener, this machine is well suited for making TDF and civil engineering chip.  It also works well for preparing tire material for further size reduction by a granulator or crackermill. In the tire recycling industry, being able to make a uniform product can often make or break a processor.  With this in mind, Predator has designed a screener that can better help the processor match material size to customer specifications.  With interchangeable screens, our chip screener can classify everything from a civil engineering shred down to a 1” minus chip.  Paired with either our primary shredder or tire chipper, you can be sure that your customers will receive a consistently sized product.  Click the link below for more information.
