In the tire recycling industry, being able to make a uniform product can often make or break a processor.  With this in mind, IDM has designed a screener that can better help the processor match material size to customer specifications.  With interchangeable screens, our chip screener can classify everything from a civil engineering shred down to a 1” minus chip.  Paired with either our primary shredder or tire chipper, you can be sure that your customers will receive a consistently sized product.

Feeding material at a controlled rate greatky uncreases the control of the size and quality of the end product. IDM has developed a line of Chain belt feeders with optional adjustible metering roller and multiple surge bin sizes.
